Mark Tortorici was the original composer of the main theme ofInvader Zim. Tortorici was the composer for the originalPilot, butJhonen Vasquez and the crew felt him laughably unfitting for the tone of the series, and was replaced byKevin Manthei as main composer. Though they liked the main theme he composed enough to use it and said the critisim was not mean spirited.
