IronRuby是Ruby程式语言在微软.NET平台上的一种实作。

IronRuby与Wilco Bauwer的IronRuby project同名^[1] 2007年4月30日由微软于MIX上发表。并计划于2007年的OSCON公开推出。^[2].

2007年8月31日，John Lam与 DLR设计团队在RubyForge上推出pre-alpha版^[3]。
