香菇多糖[1](英語:Lentinan)是从香菇Lentinula edodes子实体中分离出来的一种多糖。以β-1,3-葡聚糖为主,在6号位碳原子上有支链。通过静脉注射,有免疫激活和抗肿瘤活性,特別是胃癌[2]

香菇多糖是一种β-1,3葡聚糖,在β-1,6(6号位碳原子)有支链结构。其分子量为500,000道尔顿(Da),比旋光度为+14-22° (NaOH)。

临床前研究

体外实验表明,香菇多糖可刺激人类细胞系U937产生白细胞。[3] 人们认为口服香菇多糖对人体无活性,因此通常采用静脉注射给药。一项体内研究表明,香菇多糖口服可能对小鼠有效。[4]

人体临床试验

在日本,香菇多糖已成为少数癌症患者临床研究的对象;[5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12] 然而,缺乏疗效证据。[13][14]

不良反应

据报道,香菇多糖可引起香菇皮炎英语shiitake mushroom dermatitis[15]
