方斯華·賈克柏（法語：François Jacob，1920年6月17日—2013年4月19日）是一位猶太裔法國生物學家，他與賈克·莫諾發現了酶在原核生物轉錄作用調控中的角色，也就是後來所知的乳糖操縱組。兩人與安德列·利沃夫共同獲得了1965年的諾貝爾生理學或醫學獎[1][5][6][4]。

賈克柏後來又與悉尼·布伦纳（2002年因線蟲研究而獲得諾貝爾獎）提出了核糖體進行轉譯時的作用方式假說，並由後來的實驗證實[7]。1996年，賈克柏成為法蘭西學術院院士。2013年4月19日逝世。[8]
