巴斯克祖国与自由（巴斯克語：Euskadi ta Askatasuna，發音：[eus̺kaðitaas̺katas̺una]；西班牙語：País Vasco y Libertad），简称埃塔（ETA，[eta]），是西班牙和法国交界处的巴斯克地區的一个分离主义武装组织。该组织成立于1958年，原为佛朗哥独裁统治时代西班牙北部巴斯克地区的一个地下反抗组织。佛朗哥政权垮台後，“埃塔”逐渐发展为从事民族獨立活动的準軍事反政府组织。在其象徵上有兩個明顯符號，分別為代表政治的蛇，並纏著一代表武裝鬥爭的斧頭。
