何塞·费勒（英語：José Vicente Ferrer de Otero y Cintrón，1912年1月8日—1992年1月26日）出生于美国自治领地波多黎各圣胡安，为美国著名演员。
1912年，费勒出生于美国自治领地波多黎各圣胡安，母亲玛利亚（Maria Providencia Cintron），父亲拉斐尔·费勒（Rafael Ferrer），父亲是律师和诗人。
费勒早年在Institut Le Rosey学校读书。[2]
1933年，他毕业于普林斯顿大学，在学校他创作了毕业论文“法国自然主义和Emilia Pardo Bazán”，他是普林斯顿三角俱乐部的成员之一。
