Description
This ancient battle axe's damage output is scaled up to peak performance. Ancient technology makes it possible to enhance cutting power beyond metal weapons' limits.

They also have a chance to appear inTreasure Chests spawned by scanning theBreath of the Wild SeriesGuardianamiibo with theamiiboRune. They areAncient Battle Axes that have been enhanced withAncient Technology to reach peak performance, beyond the limits of metal weaponry.[1]

Due to Ancient Battle Axes++ being made of Ancient Technology, they will deal additional damage if they are used against Guardians. They will not burn when exposed to aFire orScorching Climate. However, they are unable to be picked up using theMagnesis Rune on theSheikah Slate. They float when dropped inWater, and they do not attractLightning duringThunderstorms or conductElectricity.
