This is a simple tileset generator made using godot itself. With help of this tool, you only have to draw 9 tiles in order to generate full tilesets. Feature includes:
1. generate wang tileset.
2. Generate blob tileset.
3. Layering support for each tile.
4. Directly export to godot or png.
5. Supports both side scrolling and top down tiles.
6. Super lightweight and easy to use with simple UI.

Love your tool — I’ve been working on something related: a way to build 2D levels using only a few sprites (fill + top/side/bottom) and drag-handles on a grid instead of tilemaps.
Still early, planning to make it open-source.
