Check cables and connectors. Use others, different ports.
For better analysis, WireShark and USB capture.

What is the problem? Why is my device not connecting to MSM Tools?

I attached the log file, all the details are there. Does it have anything to do with downgrading or locking the efuse or secure boot?

I am using my mobile's original USB and the latest Qualcomm 9008 driver is detected and installed via <Driver Booster 13>. It doesn't stay in EDL for more than a few seconds.

For better analysis, WireShark and USB capture.
If you see it disconnecting and reconnecting, it's because I was holding the buttons. If I let go, it would exit EDL after a few seconds.

I've tried other cables and different ports on the post case from USB version 2 and 3 but I'm not sure if I've changed anything in the UEFI settings.

Even in Debian Linux this problem existed and was detected and then disconnected.

No, but I opened the back door to find the test points, from there I can disconnect the battery socket. I did this method too, even entered through the test points, but it was not stable.

this makes it less easier. try making sure the metal is still touching the test points (any metal that is iron), or if this also fails, try recomendations from users that will see this thread.

Do I need to make a permanent connection? I just temporarily connected that point to the Mobile Shield with tweezers.

try making a temporary connection, and if it fails, try making a permanent connection.

Huh? Do you mean ground shielding inside your device?
You do notground anything.

In my opinion, there is not much difference between using Test Point and grabbing buttons.

Then apparently you don't know much.
Shorting arbitrary points in your device to ground is just stupid.

On Qualcomm devices the USB_BOOT GPIO pin must be connected to a 1.8V source.
This is detected directly in the processor's hardware.

Detection of device buttons is whatever the software has checks for.
And yes, as a general rule, device buttons go to ground.

When entering EDL for the first time (Image 1), but continuing to hold the buttons, the driver resets after a few seconds, And it logs this second image 2.
