This is often about draft laws, regulations or procedures that may affect their trade; in many cases these measures have been notified to the Committees before they enter into force. Essentially, members raise STCs to find out more about the scope and implementation of each other's regulations in light of the core TBT and SPS obligations, and to flag (potential) effects on trade.
