Locus Award Winners 2016

*These make a good stand-in for the time-honored Hugo Awards, which have been destroyed by social-media civil cold-war in the science fiction community. It's like that all over, really, and has little to do with the genre per se.

*Science fiction writers have often had weird names, and to judge by that rank of first-time novelists, that tradition will be upheld and even expanded.

Thanks for the good work, Locus
