All were born in England.they came to America in 1632,settled in Mass.Their surname was Atwood and changed to Wood in America. Henry used both names in his will. John Wood Born April 23, 1716, died April 3,1794. in North Carolina. Sarah Clement ( his wife) born April 2, 1721. John and Sarah were married in Taunton, Mass. Nov 9, 1737. had 3 children all of them born in Mass. Reuben Wood he died August 1812 intestate in Randolph County North Carolina Will Book 4. Henry Wood and Abigail Jenny Wood had 12 Children. One son was David born in 1651 and he married Mary Baker in 1684 they had John born in 1687 and married Sarah Borden in 1711 married his 2nd wife Hannah Childs on Feb 18 1730 in Middleborough, Mass.
