Jo Van Fleet is Notable.

Jo Van Fleet was an American theatre and film actress. She was the winner of an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress (forEast of Eden) and a Tony Award (forThe Trip to Bountiful).^[1]

Catherine was born in 1915. She was the daughter of Roy Hugh Van Fleet and Bessie Gardner.^[2] In 1920 her father had died and she lived with her mother, sister, aunt Charlotte, and grandparents Ralph W. Gardner and Mary.^[3] In 1930 she lived with her mother.^[4]

In 1940 she was teaching high school and boarding in Lemoore, Kings County, California, United States.^[5]

She passed away in 1996.
