Biography

Robert was born in 1935 in Iowa^[1]. He was the son ofWard Francis andMyrtie Masters. In 1940 he was living with his family in Eschbach, Washington^[2]. In 1950 he was living with his famiy in Yakima, Washington^[3].

He passed away in 1969 in Yakima, Washington^[4]
