Elizabeth (Devareaux) Bowling lived in Appalachia.

Elizabeth was born about 1815 in South Carolina. She married Dudley Bowling in South Carolina and died in Transylvania County, North Carolina, about 1886. She was buried at the Lake Toxaway Baptist Church Cemetery, now called Lakeside Cemetery.
