We haveauthor IDs but what if we want to link a work, or a specific passage of a work? We're better of just providing a generic CTS URN (which is besides used by a number of different sites hosting editions of Greco-Roman works.
An example of this would be giving the exact 'path' of the passage where Thucydides mentions this concept:https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q639493
