Raynaud's disease versus Raynaud's phenomenon

In most languages, there is only one article about the R disease and the R phenomenon/syndrome. Though, at least four languages have different articles about them. That's why there are TWO different items on Wikidata:Q1053824 andQ5142470.

I had to solve the interwiki conflicts, because there were many crossover interwikilinks between both terms, and this was complicated because many languages have only one article for both.

I tried to put the articles in all languages in the right category as good as I could, but because I cannot read most languages, I may have made mistakes. Please correct it if you can.

I have decided to put allcombined articles underQ5142470.
