How do I give PayTo access to those who I have shared my account with?

If you have a personal profile, and have provided Shared Access (Personal Network) to users, here’s how you can allow them to manage PayTo agreements on your behalf: 

1. In your profile in Westpac Online Banking (via Desktop), go toService menu thenUser Administration and select the user you want to grant permission to.
2. UnderAccount and service access, select the target account, in theSelect features pop up, selectManage PayTo agreements and clickUpdate
3. Repeat this process for all relevant accounts.
4. Under theOther Permission section for the user, selectManage restricted payment frequency PayTo agreements if required for this user.
