Why can’t I see the Carbon Footprint Tracker feature in the App?
You’ll need Westpac App version 10.11.0 and above to see the Carbon Footprint Tracker feature. You’ll need to select the ‘View my insights’ button to show these insights on your home screen.
Note: The Carbon Footprint Tracker will be listed in your ‘Customise home’ list to allow you to show or hide this feature on your home screen.
