Lucien Nedzi, lawmaker who expanded CIA oversight, dies at 100
A Michigan Democrat who served in the House from 1961 to 1981, he led efforts to force an end to the Vietnam War.

Lucien Nedzi, a Democratic congressman from Michigan who headed a special House panel in the 1970s to keep tabs on the CIA, but who became embroiled in political clashes over his back-channel talks with the spy agency, died June 9 at his home in Reston, Virginia. He was 100.
