Manager Dave Jones:

"Losing Jay was a massive blow for us, but we got in front again - we just didn't keep that lead.

"You want to rip into one or two. It's not the time and not the place. Everybody's really down.

"You've just got to take it on the chin. Well done to Ollie, well done to his players

"We should have been better than we were and we have to bounce back, there's nothing else you can do.

"There are too many teams who have come here before. You've got two choices - we can either sulk about it, we didn't sulk last year, and we can't sulk this year.

"We've just got to make sure we get the players that on occasions can do the job for us.

"We're just going to go home and reflect on everything that's gone on this year.

"I'm on holiday this week and I'll have a chat with the board and go on from there.

"You just reflect on where you've gone wrong, how you could have been better, but we just have to say well done to Blackpool and we have to just take it on the chin."

Jay Bothroyd:

"I was struggling with a calf problem, but I'd trained all week.

"I just felt it go again and couldn't carry on.

"It's so disappointing, to come all this way and lose on the last day of the season - it's heartbreaking.

"I hope we can do it again next season, but we're just so deflated."

Mark Hudson:

"Jay's a great player, if he's not in the team we just have to deal with it - but maybe we didn't," said Hudson.

"Knowing we could create chances but failed to shut up shop at the back... we had a go in the second half but it just wasn't enough.

"I'm gutted, it's so disappointing - but good luck to Blackpool."
