As the UK’s leading multi-tenure affordable housing provider, we are delivering some of the biggest housing projects in the country, working with partners through our Countryside Partnerships B2B brand to create lasting communities.
These communities will be made up of homes of different tenures, with around 35 per cent of these nationally being sold on the open market to private customers. These homes are sold under our retail (B2C) brands of Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Countryside Homes.
Our partners include local authorities, registered providers, for-profit registered providers and private rented sector bodies.
Meanwhile Vistry Works is the manufacturing arm of the Vistry Group, with three factories producing timber frame panels to deliver a growing number of homes for the business.
