Unique Sightseeing

Go back in time at Absecon Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in the state and one of the oldest in the country – first lit in 1857. You can climb its 228 steps to reach stunning panoramic views of the sparkling Atlantic City skyline and coastline. Maritime history is also on display at Historic Gardner’s Basin, a quaint, lesser-known destination tucked along the back bays.
