Transfer Credit
Turn your previous academic work into progress at the U of R. If you've studied at a recognized institution or completed advanced high school courses, you may be eligible for transfer credit—helping you earn credit towards your U of R degree faster.
Requesting an Alternate Exam Location
If you're taking an online course with an in-person exam and have no other in-person courses that term, you can request an alternate exam location to accommodate your needs.
Student Photo ID
No photo ID? No problem. Request a new student photo ID or order a replacement to ensure you have access to university services and offerings, including library resources, fitness centre, student discounts, and campus events. Your U of R photo ID also serves as identity verification for exams — both online and on-campus.
Accreditation
Canadian universities are authorized to grant degrees through a charter issued by the provincial legislature. The U of R was granted its charter on July 1, 1974 through the University of Regina Act, making it a recognized degree-granting institution.
