I've been using Netflix for a couple years now.
They have great original content, but a apart from that, I believe it has a serious lack of good movies that most haven’t seen. The new movies they add are never really new. They've removed so many good shows and movies. The price is quite high as well, and at times feels like months are being paid for no reason.

Netflix is great
I have been using netflix for probably 1-2 years and In that time I have not had one problem until recently when netflix prices SKY ROCKETED so I don't like it now

I used to really enjoy using Netflix as one of my go to entertainment companies. However over the years they've started to remove a lot of great movies and shows. I find myself scrolling for hours looking for a good show, or something that I'll enjoy. But I end up being bored with all the choices. Also, because of this, I feel the pricing is unreasonable as well.

they are throwing too much content.at this point everything seems same. infinite extensions of same show/movie

Honest, Helpful, and Constructive

I love Netflix! I watch movies almost every night and it's been great so far, especially during quarantine! However, I have been feeling a little lonely watching so many movies by myself, with no one to laugh or cry with. I wish there was a way that I could watch movies with friends from home.

Netflix is my best friend nowadays. As you know quarantine days are so hard, entertainment platform like Netflix only saves us from boredom.

Programs deleted without notice: At least four times in the past several weeks, a program I've been watching has suddenly been removed from Netflix. All of the shows were British and were part of a series. It's extremely annoying to have a program removed without any warning. Perhaps Netflix could put up a notice next to the program information stating that it is about to be deleted. This has happened with Father Brown, The Bletchley Circle, Big Dreams Small Spaces and Love Your Garden. Does this only happen to British programs?

To Netflix, you should be reducing the fee in this Covid19 pandemic as a humanitarian and compassionate effort. Furthermore, u are reducing the quality of the videos in some countries. Reduced quality should spell reduced fee too.

Been on a chat with Netflix for the past hour... shocking customer service... been loyal member since 2012 - turns out I've been getting double billed for years... they offered me 3 months back since this is all their company allows...
So a company that generates 20 billion in revenue refunded me a whole $29!!!! Like I said - shocking! will look to Disney plus now....

Bad consumer politics....Netflix refuses refund under many pretexts, as your internet service is too weak....do not believe their ads!
