The Marshallese-English Online Dictionary (MOD) is an expanded electronic edition ofMED, developed in 2009.
Besides maintaining theoriginal alphabetization of MED, it provides aunified alphabetization, in which all forms of a letter are alphabetized as if they were the base letter, facilitating look-up.
The grammatical explanations have been simplified and expanded, making them easier to read
Finder-list references have been included as links, linking back from the Finderlist to the main list as well, providing a sort of "English-Marshallese Glossary".
Over 10,000 example sentences are included in MOD (appx. 4,000 more than MED).
Most of the words in example sentences are links to main entries.
ThePlace Names section of MED has been included, along with a new section with the names organized byLocation.
AConcordance of all words listed in the example sentences has been added, as well as aReverse Concordance, indexing all those words by their endings...
