the hotel staff's service was excellent. they responded to our requests swiftly and with care and attention to detail. our room had an excellent view of the harbour. The bathroom and the cloakroom provided us with plenty of space to move around. The dine in service was nice also

The location of hotel is nice and convenient. It is easy to go every famous restaurant in Hong Kong. The butler service is attentive and fast to us. The night view of Victoria harbour is fantastic and charming.

Rating: 10/10We booked two rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, and my parents were extremely satisfied with their stay. They stayed in a room with two large double beds, and everything was perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the room size was spacious and very comfortable.All aspects—service, facilities, location, and cleanliness—were absolutely top-notch, deserving a full 10/10. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay, especially for families!

Overall, it was a great experience, but there are a few things that could be improved. The towels could be of better quality, and the receptionist handling calls had a strong accent, which wasn’t as good English compared to other hotels. Moreover, she seemed quite unwilling to accommodate a late check-out request, which unfortunately came across as arrogance.

We booked premium harbourview room but when checking in at the hotel we decided upgrade to studio suite harbourview  by costing $660 for the bigger room. The room is all good but one thing is there is no door in the shower and bath tub area. Suitable for couple only.

The room was pretty big that I love the designs. The staff was very kind and friendly to me, there were some incidents happening in the morning and they solved it immediately and gave me a new room, it was pretty impressive.

The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

The hotel is located just on top of the K11 mall, with a great sea view. It is a bit expensive though. The hotel has a balcony to overlook the victoria harbour, but beware there may be mosquitoes flying in. Other than that, it is quite nice.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong was exceptional! The highlight was the warm welcome from Ms. Bobo YIP at Reception and another wonderful lady staff member on the 9th floor. Their proactive engagement with my child made our experience even more special. Thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommended!

Living up the legend and an iconic Historical Luxury that could endure International Standards, from the hardware maintenance to the overall ambiance and interactions with the staff to all little details. Amenities from all Narumi to silver wear to International TV channels etc. The hotel staff was well-trained in the Hong Kong style of hospitality, being efficient and eager to resolve any guest issues promptly with clear communication. I have always wanted to experience the Peninsula’s hospitality, and I am glad I finally had the opportunity. For seasoned travelers, this is definitely the Choice! This isn’t for the casual traveler who measures their adventures by price tags rather than the rich tapestry of experiences that come from authentic details.and the cost of this level of hospitality. Pre arrivale: Even though I booked through Ctrip, I would prefer if the room setup included more English options instead of being entirely in Chinese. I hope this can be addressed for future stays. Thank you!Sorry I didn't take many photos 😅

It’s probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very good location as it’s connected to the Admiralty station and also walking distance to Central area, Hong Kong Park, Peak tram etc. Good for short trip and business people. The whole experience was just as fantastic however if you ever stay there, better turn the wine fridge off during night time. There was a fridge (wine fridge) in the room and it was making crazy noise for whole night and I couldn’t sleep a wink unfortunately 😞 I could have turned it off but too bad I didn’t 🥲🥲🥲

We have stayed at St Regis for our wedding. The hotel is beautiful. The stuff was extremely helpful to help to provide us a lot of different things before the wedding day. A special thanks for the bottle of champagne in our room after the wedding day. We would come back again with a big pleasure.Great hotel. 10/10

Best hotel Butler service ever. My hotel Butler do the best customer service in the world. She did write and hand draw the thanks and welcome card to us. It is really special and touching. Everything is good and highly recommend.
