Best Movie, Actor, Actress of 2024
In 2023, Kollywood has witnessed some remarkable films with good screenplays and storylines. In contrast, the films of top actors like Rajinikanth’s Jailer and Vijay’s Leo made huge box office collections.
Conversely, movies like Viduthalai Part 1, Chiththa, and Jigarthanda DoubleX have garnered huge audience attention for their story and performance. More than 100+ films have been released in tamil movies for 2023 in both theatres and OTT platforms.

The Anandha Vikatan Awards 2024 has handed over the most number of awards to Chithta and Jigarthanda DoubleX movies. Chithta received 5 awards including Best Film, Best Actor, Actress, and Child Actor.
On the other end, Jigarthanda DoubleX was honored with 6 awards in the grand evening. Which includes Karthik Subbaraj as the Best Director of the Year, Santhosh Narayanan as Best Background Music, Best Art Direction, Costume Design, and Makeup Artist.
