After the selection of the locations and screenplay had been finalized, the unit for "Beauty Circus" has been concentrating more on casting and shooting related issue. It has been known that Joya Ahsan will be playing the central character in the play but Mahmud Didar has also informed that Mamunur Rashid will also star in the role of a people's representative and a political figure.

Mahmud Didar also said that his wealth of experience of working in both sides of Bengal has made him an asset to the production as he can provide valuable advice on various subjects. He also hopes to bring in other greats like Kobori, Animesh Aich and Amitabh Reza in advisory roles to guide the people working in the production.

The story revolves around a team of circus performers and brings out the many social aspects of their lives and trade. Filming is scheduled to officially begin on January next year.
