STM32WBA64/65
The STM32WBA64/65 line supports the latest protocols (Bluetooth® LE*, IEEE 802.15.4 communication protocols,Zigbee®,Thread, andMatter) as well as audio streaming, enabling Auracast™ broadcast technology and new audio experiences.
The line of products offers up to 100 MHz of CPU, up to 2 Mbytes of flash memory and up to 512 Kbytes of RAM, and comes in 4 packages: 48-pin and 68-pin UFQFPN, 88-pin WLCSP, and 121-pin UFBGA.
This variety of packaging options provides greater design flexibility and allows optimized board layouts and space-saving designs.
Combined with best-in-class +10 dBm output power, up to 86 GPIOs, and the support of USB high-speed, the STM32WBA64/65 is the perfect fit for advanced short-range wireless applications.
Compliant with RED and US security standards, these products meet stringent regulatory requirements, ensuring global applicability.

It also offers pin-to-pin compatibility with the STM32WBA55Cx microcontrollers (UFQFPN 48 package only), offering room for product upgrades from previous generations.
