Zekrom (ゼクロムZekrom) is a creature in thePokémon series originating inPokémon Black and White Version, and theversion mascot ofPokémon White Version.
Origin[edit]
Zekrom is a Dragon/Electric Legendary Pokémon. It is the game mascot ofPokémon White, and, along withReshiram andKyurem, it is a member of theTao trio, which exists in the legends of theUnova region. Zekrom is categorized within the Pokédex at #644 as the "Deep Black Pokémon". Kyurem fuses with Zekrom using theDNA Splicers to become Black Kyurem.
Fusion Bolt is a physical Electric-type move introduced in Generation V. It has 100 base power and 100% accuracy. The base power of Fusion Bolt will double if another Pokémon usesFusion Flare immediately before the Pokémon using Fusion Bolt, but only during that use. Likewise, it will double the power of Fusion Flare if Fusion Bolt is used immediately before the Pokémon using Fusion Flare, during that use. It is one of Zekrom's and Black Kyurem's signature moves.

Zekrom is one of the two Legendary Pokémon that can appear on theUnova Pokémon Leaguestage. When it appears, Zekrom wraps itself in a ball of lightning, then hits the stage, damaging fighters or tipping the stage. It can destroy any stairways in the stage as well.

Zekrom's jet-black body contrasts sharply with the pure white of Reshiram, but the two do have some similarities: both are Legendary Pokémon said to have world-destroying powers.
