Get On My Level X was aSuper Smash Bros. Melee andSuper Smash Bros. Ultimatesupermajor held in Toronto,Ontario from May 17th-19th, 2024. It also featured a smallSuper Smash Bros. Brawl side-event, and was held alongside theProject+ andHDR tournamentGet Out of My Venue.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate[edit]
While a few players (such asMaister,Kurama andSkyjay) DQ'd, the tournament maintained its S+ Tier Rating. It features some of the best NA players such asTweek,Riddles,SHADIC,Light,MkLeo,Onin orDabuz as well as several Japanese players (Neo,Kaninabe,Jogibu etM0tsunabE) and two top players from Europe, beingSisqui andTarik.
Three of the four japanese players notably underperformed with the exception of M0tsunabE as they were upset early in bracket. #14 Neo lost 2-3 toFox main and #78Miaxi, #15 Kaninabe 2-3 toIncineroar main and #79Seesaw and #16 Jogibu 2-3 toSteve main and #80Sam (all Upset Factor 5). Neo lost right after toDonkey Kong main and #91 Gamer 3-1 (also UF 5), finishing at 65th, while both Jogibu and Kaninabe advanced further in bracket.
In top 64, Jogibu was eliminated at 49th after losing 2-3 to #48PkChris (UF 3), and Kaninabe at 33rd by #23Ouch!? 0-3. Two top 8 seeds were upset in top 64, as #4 Light lost to #29Big D 1-3 and #6 Onin lost to #38Monte 2-3 (both UF6). In top 32, #18Syrup made the biggest upset of the tourney, beating #2 SHADIC 0-3, for a upset factor 7. SHADIC ended up being eliminated at 13th by Light 1-3 (UF 2), which was his worst result sincePort Priority 8 in November 2023. #9Kola was eliminated at 25th after losing to #24Marss 2-3 (UF 2) and #41Jake 1-3 (UF 4). Lastly, in winners quarters, 3 of the 4 matchs were upsets. #8 Riddles defeats #1 Sonix 1-3 (UF5), the first time Riddles defeats Sonix sinceCollision 2023, while #10 Dabuz lost 2-3 to Syrup (UF 2) and #5 Mkleo 2-3 to Big D (UF 5). Unlike Onin, who manages to make top 8 after being upset with a grueling loser's run with wins overIcyMist 3-1,Jakal 3-1, Tarik 3-0, Marss 3-1 and Dabuz 3-0, Light ends his run at 9th, losing the runback against Sonix atLVL UP EXPO 2024 0-3. After a shaky start with a close set withAnathema in top 64, #3 Tweek made top 8 winner side rather effortlessly, beatingChunkyKong 3-1 and Cosmos 3-0, with Syrup, Riddles and Big D. #13 Sisqui enters loser's side top 8 after losing to Big D 1-3 (UF 2), and eliminating Ouch?!, M0tsunabe andCosmos, alongside Mkleo, Sonix and Onin. Therefore, 3 of the players in top 8 weren't top 8 seeds.
Outside of upsetting Onin, Monte also bestedApolloKage,WebbJP and Jake, being eliminated by Cosmos in winners and MkLeo in losers top 8 qualifier for 9th. #22 Cosmos also finished 9th, with wins overQuandale Dinglelingleton, #11Lima (UF 2) and Monte, only losing to Tweek and Sisqui. Lastly, #41 Jake ended up placing 13th after being upset very early byBayonetta main and #88Amaryllis 0-3 (UF 2). Then, he made a great 7-set loser's run, upsetting Kola and also beating ChunkyKong 3-2 before being eliminated 0-3 by Monte.
In top 8, Tweek beat Syrup in a close game 5 set and entered winners side grand finals by beating Riddles 3-1, who had defeated Big D 3-1. Both Sonix and Onin continued their loser's run, with Sonix eliminating MkLeo 3-2 at 7th, Syrup 3-1 at 5th, Onin 3-1 at 4th and lastly Riddles 3-1 at 3rd to enter grand finals loser's side. Sisqui and Big D was eliminated by Onin at 7th 3-1 and 5th 3-2 respectively. Tweek ended up winning Grand Finals 3-0 against Sonix and, similar toLuminosity Makes BIG Moves 2024 a few months earlier, with a SonixSD on his last stock. This marks his second major win in 2024, further establishing him as one of the best players in North America in thefirst 2024 season.
