Nicki is a GermanMeleeIce Climbers main with aFox secondary who is considered to be the best Ice Climbers player in the world since 2024. He started playing in 2015, and first became ranked inGermany in July 2017 as a solo Fox player. With Fox, he defeated many of Europe's best players, includingProfessor Pro atFête andPricent andnebbii atHeir 5. In addition, he has defeated several notable international players, such asAlbert atShine 2019 andNickemwit andZamu atThe Parking Lot - Thursday. At his height with Fox, he was ranked 83rd on theMPGR 2019.
Around theSmash World Tour 2021, Nicki began entering events with the Ice Climbers. He has gradually relegated Fox to a secondary, stating that he finds the Ice Climbers more enjoyable to play. With the Ice Climbers, he is best known for his run atDon't Park on the Grass 2024, where he defeatedZain,Cody Schwab,Jmook,Joshman, andAxe, alongsideSwedish Delight using both the Ice Climbers and Fox, to place 3rd. This performance, alongside many other strong results both in Europe and in North America, led him to rank 10th on theSSBMRank 2024, becoming the third European player to rank top 10 on a yearlyMelee ranking, as well as the first German player to rank top 10 on a global ranking in anySmash game.
