He began competing offline in mid-2021 and eventually scored his first major top 8 in 2023 atMaesuma TOP 11, where he ultimately placed 7th. Following a string of mixed results, Kaninabe became a regular top 8 contender by the fall of the same year, notably placing 5th atKagaribi 11 defeatingShuton andKameme as well as 4th atMaesuma TOP 14.5 "in Hyogo", establishing himself as the best Fox player in Japan. The same year, he made his international debut atPort Priority 8, where he defeatedTweek,MkLeo, andOnin to place 7th, establishing himself as the second best Fox player throughout 2023 behindLight. Outside of these wins, he has also defeated players such asMiya,Yoshidora,Yaura, andDoramigi.
