PMRank: Quarantine's Rising Stars, alternatively titled asPMRank 2020...?, lists the top 10 upcomingProject+ players in the world during the 2020 season. This ranking was unique in that it consisted of both offline and online results. The rankings were released on January 13th, 2021 viaSmashboards.
Methodology[edit]
Due to theCOVID-19 pandemic, there was a lack of data necessary to produce the typicalannual top 50 rankings. As a result of this, the PMRank staff opted to create a list of the top 10 upcoming players that they believe deserved recognition. The data was gathered from pre-COVID-19 events and online events that had occurred in 2020.
