Obliviate is an attack effect introduced inSuper Smash Bros. 4, and is used exclusively byOrnes. True to its name, a character hit by an attack with the effect will beinstantly KO'd and vanish on the spot. Players who have grabbed theSuper Star are immune to obliviate for the item's duration.

Despite having similar properties, neitherInfernal Climax nor theDanger Zones use this effect, with the former's effect being unique as well.
