MELEE-FC6, sometimes simply referred to asFC6, was aSuper Smash Bros. Meleenational tournament held by theShip of Fools group from July 13th-15th, 2006, in South Bend, Indiana. With a total of 205 entrants for singles, it was the largestMelee tournament of all time before it was surpassed byMLG New York Playoffs 2006.

Both sides may strike one stage (either starter or counterpick) for the whole set. The starter stage was selected at random. A stage may not be played more than once per set. The rules did not specify what happened in the event of tied stocks and damage (only stating that ties were broken by percentages).
