Origin[edit]
This track is a remixed medley of various songs that play in the Tiger! Tiger! minigame inXenoblade Chronicles 2. The minigame's title is a reference to the party member Tora, which is Japanese for Tiger, as the minigame is the main method to adquire the parts to customize Tora's artificial Blade, Poppi. The arrangement starts with the "B" theme that plays during the descension portions of the minigame. After fading out, is followed by the "C" theme which plays during the ascending portions of the minigame after collecting the treasure at the bottom of the level which is a faster version of the "B" theme, and finally ending with the "D" theme, which is the stage clear jingle and the results screen theme. Compared to the original tracks using an emulated 8-bit sound chip, this remix is performed with anFM synthesizer instead, reminiscent of arrangement supervisor Yuzo Koshiro's early work as a composer.[1]

- Counting songs cut fromUltimate, this trait is also shared with "Checker Knights", "Ai no Uta", "Ai no Uta (French Version), and "Tane no Uta".
- Prior to the 11.0.0 update, all songs fromXenoblade Chronicles 2 were stated to be owned by "Séptima Ley Co.,Ltd."
- So far, not counting theOther music category,Xenoblade Chronicles,Fire Emblem andFinal Fantasy are the only base game universes to receive additional songs viadownloadable content.
- UnlikeFire Emblem and similarly toFinal Fantasy, the 3 songs fromXenoblade Chronicles 2 included in the base game are not listed before all of the DLC songs; rather, they were repositioned in the relative order that the songs would be heard in said game.
- For unknown reasons, allXenoblade Chronicles 2 soundtracks available before DLC play at a lower volume than all other tracks.
- Drifting Soul (Violin Version) and the original version ofCounterattack appear during Pyra and Mythra's reveal trailer, but do not appear in-game.
