Battleship Halberd Bridge (戦艦ハルバード ブリッジ,Battleship Halberd Bridge) is the twenty-fifth stage of theSubspace Emissary inSuper Smash Bros. Brawl.
Overview[edit]
The stage immediately follows the events ofBattleship Halberd Interior andBattleship Halberd Exterior. The group consisting ofSnake,Meta Knight, andLucario fights its way through enemies of theSubspace Army until they reach theHalberd's bridge. Here, a quintet offalseMr. Game & Watches (the only time in which a hero doesn't have its name shown when introduced) are seen piloting the ship. Snake charges and knocks all of them off of the bridge and onto the deck below, disturbing the tea partyPeach,Sheik, andFox were having. As the clones make contact with the deck, they revert toShadow Bugs, which all merge together to formDuon. Sheik, Peach and Fox prepare to fight the monster as they are joined by Snake and Lucario, while Meta Knight stays on the bridge to regain control of his ship. A last minute addition to the team isFalco, who ejects from hisArwing to land on the deck.
Once Duon is defeated, it dissolves into Shadow Bugs and retreats, leaving behind the trophy of the real Mr. Game & Watch. Fox aims hisBlaster at it, but Peach walks past Fox, smiling. She then revives Mr. Game & Watch, who tries to understand what's going on but remains puzzled. To cheer him up, Peach gives him herparasol to play with, which enthrallsMr. Game & Watch. Thus, the Halberd team is formed, consisting ofLucario,Snake,Peach,Zelda,Fox,Falco, &Mr. Game & Watch, withMeta Knight in control.
Meta Knight proceeds to land the Halberd to meet up with the heroes on the ground and those who evacuated from theIsle of the Ancients on theFalcon Flyer. Mr. Game & Watch then joins the player's team.

After Battleship Halberd Bridge is completed,Falco will become playable in Adventure Mode again, after previously leaving inOutside the Ancient Ruins.Mr. Game & Watch will also be unlocked despite not being playable in this level.

Trivia[edit]
- This is one of the only levels withoutdoors, along withMidair Stadium,The Ruined Hall, andThe Canyon.
- The player can choose to play asZelda viaTransform, despite the cutscenes picturing Sheik instead.
