Songfacts®:

  • Blink-182 wrote this song with Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy. Producer John Feldmann explained to Fuse: "Fall Out Boy supported Blink for many tours. They're all the oldest friends. I hang out with those guys a lot and he was just kind of here and he had this idea - what could Blink be on modern rock radio in 2016? What does that look like? What does that mean, when there aren't really live instruments on the radio?"
  • The first verse is sung by Matt Skipa, in which he recalls his time as a Chicago bike messenger when he was starting his Alkaline Trio band.
  • Mark Hoppus sings the second verse, which he toldNME, "is about a Sid and Nancy romance - two lost souls who only have one another and are lost in the world."
