- 17.SocialWeb Cryptography API(Last Call) がSocial Standardに非常に重要なカギとなる暗号・復号化、鍵保管、電子署名をブラウザで実現すでに多くのブラウザでインプリ済み認証、スマートカード、ハードウェアトークン技術を含むワークショップによって新しいチャーターを作っていくDecentralized Citizen Engagement Technologies(DCENT：ECが資金援助、NESTAがコーディネート) がW3Cの標準化作業に参加し、オープンソースSocialシステムを構築W3Cが“Lean Design”ワークショップをフィンランド、アイスランド、スペインで開催し、市民や政府関係者と協議することを約束：DCENTによるオープンソースコードがW3CのSocial Web作業に組み込まれる
