STUDENT NEW/TRANSFEREES:

• PSA- Issued Birth Certificate

• Marriage Certificate  (if married)

• Two (2) new, identical 1″x1″ photos 

• Certified true copy of grades or transcript of records (For transferees)

• Honorable Dismissal

Special Admission Requirements for Foreigners

• Certificate of registration for aliens issued by the Commission on Immigration and Deportation

• Written permission from the Commission of Higher Education to study in a Philippine school, including an evaluation of the academic program previously taken. Cross-enrollees must submit a written permit to cross-enroll from the homeschool. 

(Onsite- New)

1. Submit the accomplished application form together with the complete requirements to the Records and Admissions Office (RAO), 2^nd Floor, Schutten Bldg. for evaluation.
2. Proceed to the Guidance Office on the scheduled testing day at least 15 minutes before the test.
3. Proceed to the Graduate School Dean Office for the admission interview. If you passed the interview, you will be given an Endorsement for Enrollment Form.
4. Submit the Endorsement Form for Enrollment to the Records and Admissions Office (RAO)
5. Have your fees assessed and pay at the Finance Office.
6. Proceed to the ICT Office to have your photo taken for your Student Identification Card (ID).

(Onsite- Old)

1. Submit required documents.

              SPED: Report Card/ Clearance

              BED:   Report Card/ Clearance

              College & Graduate School: Clearance

2. Fill-out the application form for the updating of information.
3. Have your fees assessed and pay at the Finance Office.
4. Proceed to the ICT Office to have your photo taken for your Student Identification Card (ID).

(Online- New)

1. Application

            Fill-out the Registration Form (available atwww.sjcqc.edu.ph) and attach the required documents for evaluation. You will receive an e-mail notification about the schedule of the admission test and interview. If the result is satisfactory, you will be given an endorsement form for enrollment.

2. Assessment of Fees

            Choose Plan of Payment (cash, monthly, quarterly) and Mode of Payment (onsite payment, Security Bank, Palawan remittance center, Gcash). You will receive an e-mail on the assessment of fees from the Finance Office.

3. Payment of Fees

            Pay tuition fee based on the assessment made and send a clear copy of your deposit/transaction slip with your child/ward’s name tofinance@sjcqc.edu.ph. You will receive receipt of payment and confirmation of enrollment once your payment has been verified.

(Online- Old)

2. Assessment of Fees

3. Payment of Fees

            Pay tuition fee based on the assessment made and send a clear copy of your deposit/transaction slip with your child/ward’s name tofinance@sjcqc.edu.ph. You will receive receipt of payment and confirmation of enrollment once your payment has been verified.
