NieR Replicant Has Shipped 1 Million Units Worldwide

NieR Replicant has shipped 1 million units worldwide. The officialNieR Twitter account shared this information, revealing shipment numbers for bothNieR Replicant andNieR: Automata. In February 2021, it was revealed thatNieR: Automata hadshipped roughly 5.5 units worldwide. However, as of June 22, 2021NieR: Automata has now shipped 6 million units worldwide including both physical and digital sales.

NieR: Automata has received numerous awards since its release and has gained critical acclaim among both consumers and critics. In 2017NieR: Automata won Game of the Year at the Japan Game Awards. And in 2019 the title also received the PlayStation Platinum Prize. Additionally, aNieR: Automata Game of the YoRHa Edition released in 2019 following the success of the title.

NieR Replicant, on the other hand, has shipped 1 million units worldwide. This includes both physical and digital sales of the game. However, this is double the estimated sales of the original release ofNieR Replicant andNieR Gestalt. Free NieR: Automata cosmetic DLC content is currently available to obtain inNieR Replicant.
