Summary:
When you get to the area of the warehouse, you need to infiltrate it with various QTEs. In the warehouse, you need to scope out the layout of the warehouse and listen in on conversations. You then bump into Pansage, the partner of the scientist Waals used to work with. He's being forced to work against his will so it, a nearby Spinarak, and Accelgor will help distract guards and get you down to where the scientist, Simon, is.
He will explain the situation and give you access to the chemical storage room. When there, you learn about R and then return to the Baker Detective Agency, but Pikachu then remembers more after opening a canister of R. He remembers promising Mewtwo to find the Berserk Gene and capture the masterminds behind R while pleading for Harry's life.
As they leave, they get noticed and attacked by the factory manager, causing them to have to subdue him. However, when you go to get Simon, he suggests escaping in a container to take you to the headquarters, giving a note to Mr. Baker.
