To save you having to telephone or email, we have compiled a list of questions that we frequently get asked – and have provided answers to them.

With so many questions we get asked, we have grouped them into what we hope are more manageable chunks. For example, if you want to know whether Copper Jack is accessible for those using a wheelchair, there’s a section for that.
