Overview
Through proprietary technologies and processes the main products Sasol produces are fuel components, chemical components and co-products. From these main products and further value-adding processes we deliver diesel, petrol (gasoline), naphtha, kerosene (jet fuel), liquid petroleum gas (LPG), olefins, alcohols, polymers, solvents, surfactants, co-monomers, ammonia, methanol, crude tar acids, sulphur, illuminating paraffin, bitumen and fuel oil. Even further processing produces numerous additional products.

Service Provider Safety Management
Our Sasol shared values are the moral compass and behaviour standard of the organisation and form the foundation on which our organisational culture is based. To “Be safe: and “To Care” are two of our core shared values with Safety a top priority within all spheres of our organization. We strive for zero harm and our approach centers on understanding our risk landscape and managing our activities in a way that eliminates incidents, minimizes risk and promotes excellence in the performance of our operations.
Our safety approach is built on a strong foundation of leadership and competency, and is strengthened by clear policies and procedures relating to safety risk management, leading practice performance standards, incident investigation and behavioral science.
At an organisational level, we drive our safety initiatives through the One Sasol SHE Excellence approach, a management framework that supports our goal of achieving zero harm and sustainability through a risk-based, standardised and systematic approach.
We call on our suppliers to join the Group Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) executive and senior management team across the operations to visible show commitment and lead this effort.
Safety is at the core of our operations and day-to-day business which suppliers form an integral part of. It is our deepest desire that all our colleagues return safely to their friends and family each day. To obtain a zero-harm day to day business it is essential that all our Suppliers commit and demonstrate the safe behavior inline with the below safety
