Maham Hassan began her career as a manual Quality Assurance professional in Pakistan, determined to build a better future while challenging societal norms. She faced significant obstacles, including her family’s adherence to cultural beliefs about women in the workplace and biases in a male-dominated work environment. Despite these challenges, Maham was determined to provide a better life for herself and her two siblings. In 2013, a supportive colleague introduced her to Salesforce — a platform virtually unknown in Pakistan at the time.

Maham immersed herself in learning Salesforce, starting with public forums and later diving intoTrailhead. Her journey took a significant leap when she moved from Pakistan to Dubai, seeking opportunities for greater career growth. Today, Maham is a Salesforce Architect at Cloud-1, a Salesforce Partner, where she delivers innovative Salesforce solutions to her clients. She describes Salesforce as her “anchor,” empowering her with the technical skills and resilience to overcome societal barriers and thrive.

In addition to her professional achievements, Maham is deeply committed to giving back to theTrailblazer Community. Her journey as a mentor began during the pandemic when she received numerous requests from individuals seeking to learn Salesforce after losing their jobs. Initially offering one-on-one training, Maham quickly recognized the need to scale her efforts and joined the Trailblazer Community. There, she honed her skills, answered questions, and formed meaningful connections with fellow Trailblazers, eventually becoming aTrailblazer Community Forum Ambassador. Driven to unite her local Trailblazer Community, Maham co-led events such asPakistan Dreamin’ andDubai Dreamin’. She now serves as theDubai Developer Group Leader, a Trailblazer Mentor, a Salesforce MVP, and a Women in Tech (WIT) Advocate.

Throughout her journey, Maham has shown that giving back helps others and fosters personal and professional growth. Beyond her work in the Trailblazer Community, Maham is deeply devoted to empowering women. As she provides mentorship and support, guiding women on their journeys of self-discovery and career growth, Maham helps women break barriers, find their voices, and thrive — just as she has.
