A user license is $50 per user/month if you use your own telephony provider. A user license with Amazon Connect for 750 minutes/month is $75 per user/month. A user license with Amazon Connect for 2,000 minutes/month is $125 per user/month. A user license for 5,000 minutes/month is $200 per user/month.
