Session owners are encouraged to share their presentations after the conference. Registered attendees can visit the Sessions page the week after the conference to find shared presentations. Limited episodes will be available on demand on Salesforce+.

Agenda Builder is the get-ready tool to optimize your Dreamforce schedule. Use it to view AI-generated personalized session recommendations, schedule connections with peers or product experts, and favorite all of your can’t-miss onsite experiences.

All of these will be reflected on your My Agenda on the website and mobile app.

Build Your Agenda: Use the Agenda Builder to find the keynote, sessions, experiences, and activities that interest you most.

Review the Session Details: Read the full abstract and key takeaways for each session you’ve selected. This ensures the content aligns with your goals and gives you a head start on the topic.

Reserve Your Seat: For hands-on training, roundtables, workshops, breakouts, and certifications, reserve your seat in Agenda Builder. You can book as many sessions as you’d like, as long as they don’t overlap. For workshops, check the session description for equipment requirements — some may require a laptop (phones or tablets are not recommended).

Accessibility: For assistance or accessibility questions, contact the Disability Help Desk at least two weeks before the event at:DisabilityHelpDesk@Salesforce.com.

Onsite: Use the Salesforce Events mobile app to navigate the campus, confirm locations, and access Live Session Audio with captions for breakout and theater sessions (don’t forget to bring headphones). Many sessions repeat on different days, so double-check dates and times.

Arrive Early: Session queues open 30 minutes before the published start time. Reserved seats are seated first; then any remaining seats are offered to the drop-in line on a first-come, first-seated basis. Reserved seats not claimed are released to the drop-in line 10 minutes before the session begins.

Accessibility

Health and Safety

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all Dreamforce attendees is our top priority. We’re partnering with local authorities and city organizations to ensure a secure and pleasant experience for everyone involved. Comprehensive safety details, including transit options and how to access round-the-clock support during Dreamforce, are available in the Salesforce Events mobile app.

Here are some safety tips for Dreamforce attendees.

- Upon leaving Dreamforce events at Moscone, be sure to remove your badge.

- Keep your eyes up, your ears open, and your phone away on city streets and public transportation. This will lower the chance of theft and keep you safe on San Francisco’s busy streets.

- Carry your wallet in the front pocket of your pants or the inside pocket of your jacket.

- Avoid leaving bags on the ground or over the back of your chair.

- San Franciscans are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We encourage visitors to ask shopkeepers, hotel staff, or police officers for assistance.

- Move with confidence and be aware of your surroundings at all times.

- Do not stare down at your phone while walking.

- Use headphones sparingly while walking, especially noise-canceling or loud audio, so you can pay attention to the sounds around you.

- Carry minimal items and keep your hands free when walking.

- Don’t carry your room key in the paper sleeve with your room number written on it.

- Use well-lit and populated streets when possible and walk with a group.

See the DF25 Recommended Walking Paths below for the best routes to and from the Dreamforce Campus and Dreamfest.

- Always familiarize yourself with exit pathways and emergency procedures.

- As a best practice, you should remove your credentials and store them in a secure location when leaving the Dreamforce campus or heading to your hotels..

- In rideshares, share your route with someone you know.

- Most of all, trust your gut! If something feels off, find another way.

As always, you can dial 911 to:

- Report a crime in progress.

- Report an emergency situation.

- Request help for someone having a medical or psychiatric emergency.
