Newlyweds Carl (Matt Dillon) and Molly (Kate Hudson) are anxious to start their lives together, but the pair soon become a trio when Carl invites his jobless buddy Randy (Owen Wilson) to crash at their place until he gets back on his feet. At first, Carl is happy to have him around, but that soon turns to annoyance when Randy threatens to become a permanent fixture in their home.

My husband and watch it every couple of years and quote it all the time. It’s the stupid funny that you need after a long week. Owen Wilson plays the chaotic friend from single days who comes to stay with the newlyweds for a day or two that turns into weeks. Michael Douglas is the real estate developer/father in-law from hell. Seth Rogan has a bit-part as another weird friend reminding you why you decided to grow up in the first place.
